Minimum 25 years of aging in long batteries of 9 barrels. Excellent finalist (6th) in the 1996 Matildico palio and winner in 2010 the Palio dei Gonzaga as best Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of the province.
The true Balsamic of the millennial Tradition. The gold seal identifies the minimum aging of 25 years and the fact that the product has won at least 300 points in tasting the tasting commission.
Our Traditional Gold Balsamic Vinegar comes from the oldest batteries, carefully kept for 3 generations. We think it's perfect on its own, at the end of a meal to refresh the stomach and the spirit.
It is also excellent with cream or vanilla ice cream (certain stracciatella is also a risk), a creamy dessert or, like at home, on a well creamed and creamy pumpkin risotto.
