The extra virgin olive oil the fruity is obtained by cold pressing of the best "coratina" variety olives selected in the adjacent agri-food areas of Bisceglie.
It has a yellow color with nuances of green and an intense aroma, intact over time, typical of freshly pressed olives. Its strong character, with a slightly bitterish bitter aftertaste, makes it perfect in the dressing of bruschetta, braised meat, and carpaccio of meat and
rustic soups. It has an acidity between 0.2% and 0.4%.
