The taste is delicate and harmonious.

The fresh buffalo milk whey, obtained from the processing of buffalo mozzarella, is added to buffalo milk and heated. The cottage cheese flakes are grazed and placed in small bundles. Ricotta, therefore, is obtained by heating the whey. Hence the term ricotta, to underline the double cooking in the production process. Tenerì is available in various formats and in modified atmosphere.
