Quality from the Dolomites.
In the Pragser valley, a small tributary valley in the upper Puster Valley, since 1994 the company has been cultivating berry berries at about 1250 m altitude. In this alpine mountain climate, the fruits mature longer and thus develop a particularly intense aroma. Great care is taken to cultivate the fruit as naturally as possible: the seedlings are planted by hand, the fields are harvested several times until harvest and watered with the spring and spring waters of the Dolomites.
This spread has a fruit content of 75%. Apart from natural apple pectin, no artificial gelling agent is used.
