The durum wheat semolina pasta is produced "al Bronzo" (the pasta dough is drawn on bronze moulds, which makes the surface of the pasta rougher and its structure denser. These noodles cook more solidly "al dente" and absorb the sauce better) and through the slow and controlled drying process, we guarantee the highest quality of the noodles we offer, both in their substance and taste and in their shape.
We select our suppliers according to various criteria: We prefer family businesses or small, passionate producers where the raw materials are processed. In addition, they should have ecological packaging and the shortest transport route. Our goal: 0 km of products.
